Haverford Wellness Center Launches Web Site Devoted to Accurate Diagnosis and Proper Treatment to Cure Lyme Disease

The Haverford Wellness Center, one of the nation's leaders in diagnosing and treating Lyme disease, has launched a new website devoted to providing the most up-to-date information on the accurate diagnosis and treatment and cure of this highly debated disease.

Havertown, PA (PRWEB) May 20, 2009 -- The Haverford Wellness Center officially launched a new web site today that is dedicated to giving advanced, yet clear, information on Lyme disease. It is designed to be a starting point for those who suffer from Lyme disease, helping the patient to get the proper diagnosis and treatment for the troublesome condition at the renowned facility.

Lyme disease has always been one of the most difficult diseases for the medical community to tackle. Since it can start with the bite of a tick, Lyme disease is prevalent all across the United States. Because it is so difficult to diagnose, it is full of medical controversy.

Unlike the majority of medical diseases, there is no single test to prove someone does not have lyme disease. Yet, if a test comes back negative, many clinics, doctors and healthcare plans will just take it as fact that someone does not have Lyme disease. As the Haverford Wellness Center has shown over and over again, this is simply not true.

How do you know if you have lyme disease? Medical Director Dr. Domenick Braccia said: "Lyme disease is difficult to diagnose. It is known as 'the great pretender' because it mimics the symptoms of many other conditions.
