Firstly, In a certain news release dated Jan 7, 2009 - HTDS announced its desire to expand into the cosmetics field. Shortly thereafter HTDS acquired interest in a micro cosmetics company in East Europe. The cosmetics company Melem Secrets is engaged in online sales of the "Melem" product.
