Dr. Bob, “The Drugless Doctor,” honors the influence of fathers everywhere, by presenting optimal men’s health tips, with the newest audio book release of, "Dr. Bob's Men's Health-The Basics." Men of all ages can strive for that healthier, happier, and holistic lifestyle.

“Coupling health deficiencies, derived from society’s unnatural tendencies, with natural health implications can be detrimental to an individuals health. This Father’s Day, it was imperative to share researched tips and successfully implemented regiments to loved ones,” said Dr. Bob. “Honoring fathers by sharing all-natural lifestyle tips (for longevity) is the best present anyone can give.”

Dr. Bob recommends the following tips:

Optimize Health with a Healthy Posture: Purchase a large exercise ball, about 55 cm around and lay backwards on it for three to six minutes a day. This will help an individual’s spinal cord, lungs, and other organs function successfully.

Increase Testosterone: Insufficient testosterone levels can cause emotional passiveness, osteoporosis, loss of muscle tone, loss of height, erectile dysfunction and many other problematic symptoms. Eating more broccoli, which has aromatase inhibitors, will help prevent the conversion of testosterone to estrogen.

Prevent Hair Loss Without Pain: Avoid prematurely thinning hair by eliminating trans fats and adding more omega-3 fats into your diet. Studies with laboratory animals directly connect hair loss with lack of omega-3 fats in their diet.

Keep Lean Muscle Intact: Reduce overall refined grain carbohydrate intake. As individuals age, the ability to metabolize refined carbs (pasta, cereal and pastries) is often compromised.
