Bottom-line Results

CHICAGO, Oct. 10 /PRNewswire/ - (HR Tech - Booth #1021) - Halogen Software Inc., the leading provider of Web-based employee performance and talent management software today announced the industry's first talent management system to include an enterprise-level performance-based learning management system (LMS). Building on the highly successfully Halogen Employee Performance and Talent Management Suite, the company will now offer Halogen eLMS(TM) which will enable companies to not only automate the learning process, but to properly align employee performance with learning activities.

Industry analyst firm, Bersin and Associates has identified the integration of learning and performance management systems as a key priority for learning and development managers, with more than 25 percent rating it one of their top two priorities. Halogen eLMS will address this need by providing an easy to use tool for learning and development managers and HR to align the performance needs of the organization and demonstrate a return on training investments.

Halogen eLMS was announced at the recent Halogen User Conference, with a very positive response from customers. "We need to move away from tracking our training manually and be better able to look back and understand what training employees have completed or not. We typically hire more than 100 new employees annually and are developing a new on-boarding training program that will be specific to the needs of each department. By integrating this process with performance ma
