HairMax Introduces the Revolutionary New HairMax LaserBand 82 With Unprecedented Super-Fast Treatment Time, and the Ultima 12 LaserComb for Hair Loss

Stimulating hair growth has never been easier, faster or more sophisticated, thanks to the newest HairMax® innovation, the HairMax LaserBand 82. This revolutionary home use hair growth laser device is designed by the iconic Italian design firm, Pininfarina, renowned for raising the bar in the field of design, including automobiles, consumer products and architecture.

“We loved the challenge of combining excellence, form and functionality with HairMax’s revolutionary hair growth technology,” said Matteo De Lise, Managing Director of Pininfarina, USA. “It is the same approach we take in every project – it has to be both elegant and innovative.”

The new enhanced hands free, HairMax LaserBand features 82 medical grade lasers, which provides a super-fast treatment time of as little as 90 seconds, the fastest laser treatment for hereditary hair loss available. The speed and effectiveness of this device is unprecedented in the hair loss industry. With just 3 treatments per week, users can experience significant new hair growth with increased density and fullness, and healthier more manageable hair. The speed of treatment and patented hair parting teeth mechanism, unique to HairMax devices, provide one of the most effective treatments available.

David Michaels, HairMax founder said: “The form, functionality, speed and effectiveness of the HairMax LaserBand 82 is a game changer in the hair loss industry.” Mr. Michaels also stated: “We are very proud to launch our revolutionary new laser hair growth devices. We chose to collaborate with the Italian design firm, Pininfarina, as they are world renowned for their innovative design aesthetics and attention to detail. They understood our vision in creating a sleek, modern design for our next generation home use laser devices. They have succeeded in making our vision a reality.”

Also new to the HairMax family is the HairMax Ultima 12, a sleek re-design of the original HairMax LaserComb, featuring 12 medical grade lasers, patented teeth mechanism and an 8 minute treatment time.

“Our goal was to reach the perfect synthesis of functionality and aesthetics – which is a tradition at Pininfarina. Many designs are conceived out of functionality. We were inspired by the groundbreaking hair growth technology that HairMax introduced to the world in 2001,” says Matteo De Lise, Managing Director of Pininfarina, USA. “We embarked on a journey to bring an ultra modern and contemporary look to these devices, which would not only be pleasing to the eye, but also provide outstanding performance.”

HairMax Laser devices are the result of over two decades of research and development conducted by Lexington International on the science of laser phototherapy for hair loss.

They work by delivering gentle, nourishing laser light to the hair follicles, which stimulates energy production and creates a healthier environment for hair growth. The result is new hair growth with increased density, fullness and vibrancy, experienced in as little as 12 weeks.

There is significant evidence to back up HairMax claims about the efficacy of its laser devices:

  •     HairMax are the only laser hair growth devices with 7 FDA Clearances.
  •     HairMax lasers devices have been the subject 7 clinical trials with 460 subjects, which consistently proved the efficacy and safety in treating hereditary hair loss.
  •     HairMax is the only laser light hair growth device with clinical and other study results published in six peer-reviewed medical journals and authored by experts in hair loss.
  •     Clinical results for HairMax were found to be comparable to those found with drugs used to treat hair loss, making the device an ideal non-drug alternative for treating hair loss.
