NEW YORK, June 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Selected for his contributions in the field of hair transplantation and devotion to patient care, Dr. Bernstein has been chosen as one of New York's best doctors through a peer-review process from a pool of board-certified physicians who were given an anonymous and confidential opportunity to nominate outstanding physicians in various medical specialties and sub-specialties.
