Hackensack Lawyer Bruce E. Chase Named New Jersey Super Lawyer for Third Consecutive Year
Date:3/4/2009

Highly regarded family law attorney among just five percent of lawyers in state to be recognized with prestigious professional designation

New York, NY (Lexis Nexis) March 4, 2009 -- Bruce Chase, a respected Hackensack, N.J. attorney with extensive experience representing divorcing and separating spouses in a wide spectrum of family law cases, has been named by New Jersey Super Lawyers magazine as one of the top attorneys in the state of New Jersey for 2009.

Only five percent of the lawyers in the state are named by Super Lawyers. The selections for Super Lawyers are made by Law & Politics, a division of Key Professional Media, Inc. of Minneapolis, Minn. Each year, Law & Politics undertakes a rigorous multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by Law & Politics' attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area, and a good-standing and disciplinary check.

Chase has authored numerous articles in the area of family law that have been published in various New Jersey legal magazines, and has also lectured extensively for a number of bar associations and other family law organizations in New Jersey. He was previously recognized by New Jersey Super Lawyers in 2007 and 2008.

"I'm humbled and flattered to be recognized as a New Jersey Super Lawyer for the third consecutive year, but I know that this professional designation is a reflection of the high quality of legal services that our entire firm provides to our clients every day," said Chase.
