First U.S. Firm to Contract with Veneto Regional Health Council
RADNOR, Pa., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ --HTH Worldwide,a global health and safety services company, today announced it has contracted with over 50 hospitals among 23 municipalities in northern Italy, including Venice, Verona, Vicenza and Padua that comprise the Veneto Regional Health Council. The agreements enable global travelers covered by HTH's international health insurance programs to arrange convenient appointments for a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services and to have the providers bill HTH directly. HTH is the first U.S. firm to contract with the Veneto Council for these concierge-level services.
Participating hospitals include Ospedale San Bartolo in Vicenza, Ospedale SS. Giovanni e Paolo, the principal acute care facility in Venice and the new Ospedale Civile di Mestre near the Venice airport, which offer a full range of inpatient and outpatient services as well as office-based services performed by specialists and primary care physicians, including prevention and wellness programs.
