HC Innovations Expands Management Team, Adding Vice President of Human Resources

SHELTON, Conn., Jan. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- HC Innovations, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: HCNV, http://www.hcinnovationsinc.com) a specialty care, disease management company, today announced that Matthew Hintz has been named Vice President of Human Resources at Enhanced Care Initiatives, Inc., the wholly owned subsidiary and Management Company for all HC Innovations operating divisions.

Matt joined Enhanced Care from Cigna, where he served as Senior Director of Human Resources, supporting the enterprise information technology area. Matt brings over 15 years of executive human resources experience to Enhanced Care having had extensive experience in both field and home office settings. As a Senior Director of Human Resources at Cigna, he was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including leadership development, organizational development, employee relations, talent management, and recruitment.

Prior to his tenure at Cigna, Matt was the New England Territorial Human Resources leader for CNA Insurance. While at CNA Matt was a key member of the senior leadership team that helped drive double digit improvement in profit, growth and organizational effectiveness which resulted in achievement of the Chairman's Award for Balanced Performance
