Date:2/24/2013

Destin, FL (PRWEB) February 24, 2013

Gulf Coast Addiction Treatment’s New Life Purification program aims to provide new life to the body and mind of those recovering from alcohol and drug addiction. It does this by restoring balance and vitality to the body by removing harmful substances and metabolites that have nestled deep in the tissues, purging them out at the cellular level. The New Life Purification program includes yet goes much deeper than an initial detoxification by clearing out built-up substances in the body’s fatty tissues.

As with all of Gulf Coast Treatment’s programs, the New Life Purification option is wholly personalized to meet each patient’s individual needs while following the plan’s overall structure. New Life Purification’s structure includes sauna sessions to help purge harmful substances, a healthy eating plan to meet nutritional needs, supplements to correct nutritional deficiencies and various types of exercise that suit an individual’s health and fitness levels.

“Our goal in creating the New Life Purification program was to provide a holistic and natural way to boost the body’s own ability to eliminate toxins and fortify itself through other natural methods of nutrition and exercise,” said Gulf Coast Treatment head of admissions Chris Ross, who developed the program with Debbie Ross. “This type of purification goes much deeper than the initial detoxification offered at many rehabilitation facilities. Our New Life Purification program serves to eliminate not only harmful substances but also the cravings that typically haunt people in recovery.”

In addition to lowering the levels of temptation for drugs and alcohol, the New Life Purification program can result in reduced withdrawal symptoms throughout the program, an increase in energy and improved nutritional health. Mental health can also see an improvement with an enhanced mood, an improvement in mental clarity and lower rates of depression than other programs often see. Particular benefits and the levels of benefits will vary among individuals, based on the type of substance abused and other personal factors. The overall benefit, however, remains firm as an effective way to overcome addiction and embrace recovery.

Located on the Gulf of Mexico in Destin, Florida, Gulf Coast Addiction Treatment boasts a serene setting, luxurious surroundings and, most importantly, the research-based programs that can help people recovery from drug and alcohol abuse and addiction. The center offers a one-to-one student to staff ratio, a 90-percent success rate and a variety of non-12-step, holistic options for creating a personalized program focused on lasting recovery.
