GuardRFID’s Argus AllGuard Active RFID Platform Receives Lenel Factory Certification Under Lenel’s OpenAccess Alliance Program
Date:5/6/2013

Vancouver, BC (PRWEB) May 06, 2013

GuardRFID announced today that it has received factory certification of its Argus AllGuard Active RFID platform from Lenel Systems International. The new certification allows GuardRFID to offer interoperability between its Argus AllGuard Platform and Lenel’s OnGuard® security management software versions 6.5 and 6.6. GuardRFID’s suite of Active RFID based solutions provides real-time location and tracking, as well as security and loss prevention, and the integration between Argus AllGuard and Lenel’s OnGuard ensures seamless and collaborative control of secured perimeters.

“GuardRFID has completed required factory testing at Lenel to validate the functionality of its interface to the latest OnGuard releases for 2012 (version 6.5) and 2013 (version 6.5). The integration of Lenel’s OnGuard access control system with GuardRFID’s Active RFID-based solutions enables tracking and location functionalities at portals as well as within the building itself,” said Gidon Lissai, director, strategic alliances, Lenel Systems. “We look forward to their continued involvement in the Lenel OpenAccess Alliance Program.”

“As our technology platform evolves, we also continue to ensure that the interfaces that we provide with other solutions take advantage of their latest enhancements,” stated Dalibor Pokrajac, vice president, engineering, GuardRFID Solutions, Inc. “The integration with Lenel’s OnGuard allows GuardRFID to focus on its core competency of developing Active RFID technology for precise tracking and location, and in association with OnGuard to provide enhanced functionality such as hands-free access control and rules based personnel and asset security.”
