Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT II Meets Ohio's Minimum Offering

SANTA ANA, Calif., Feb. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT II, Inc. today announced that it has received and accepted subscriptions aggregating 2,000,000 shares of its common stock, or $20 million, therefore satisfying the minimum offering amount required by the state of Ohio. Ohio residents can now be accepted as stockholders.
