Group Home Buy to Launch Real Estate Survey to Gather Data for Clients
Date:6/5/2013

(PRWEB) June 05, 2013

Group Home Buy, a company facilitating bulk property buying, will conduct a survey to gauge the demand for group house buying. The survey will be conducted over three months, starting July 2013, and will involve a team of about 50 people, who will gather the data and analyze it to study the trends.

The company said that the survey will focus on aspects such as the most popular destinations for bulk property buying, ethnic backgrounds of people purchasing houses in groups and the new properties in market that offer the option of bulk buying. The survey will be led by the marketing head for the company, who will oversee the formation of questionnaires, selection of participants and analysis of data. The strategy created for the survey will have a mix of online and offline methods for gathering data.

While one group will be questioning builders and property dealers to assess the group buying trends in upcoming properties, another will be covering aspiring buyers to know the locations they prefer most. The past clients of the company will also be reached for the survey to know about their ethnic background and the reasons for their purchasing houses in groups.

The results for the survey will be published in November. Group Home Buy believes that the survey will help it to understand the mindset of target buyers, as well as get knowledge about the properties which they can promote for group buying.
