Grey House Publishing Acquires Hudson's Washington News Media Contacts Directory

MILLERTON, N.Y., March 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Grey House Publishing and Penn Hill Publications, based in Waltham, MA, announce the purchase by Grey House of Hudson's Washington News Media Contacts Directory. In addition to publishing the 2008 edition of Hudson's Washington News Media Contacts Directory, Grey House is also proud to announce a brand new companion directory, Washington Associations Contacts Directory.

In 1968, Howard Penn Hudson completed years of work and published the first edition of Hudson's Directory. It was the first effort to put together, in one source, an organized listing of Washington's news media. In 1985, a copy of Hudson's was placed in the cornerstone of the National Press Building. Enhanced and expanded through the years, it has become the source of information for data on Washington's news media.

Now in its forty-first edition, Hudson's Washington News Media Contacts Directory, 2008 provides immediate access to over 4,000 need-to-know contacts within Washington's newspapers, syndicates, radio contacts, magazines and newsletters.
