Greenfield Senior Living, Inc., a Falls Church, Virginia based senior living service provider, announced today they will be collaborating with Pratt Medical Center, to provide on-site wellness offices at their Stafford and Fredericksburg communities. Building on a successful model of care piloted at Greenfield Senior Living of Spotsylvania, Greenfield of Stafford and Greenfield of Fredericksburg will feature on-site medical wellness offices, and will partner with Pratt Medical Center’s healthcare professionals to integrate health care specialists from different disciplines into one residential setting. “We are excited to build upon our partnership with Pratt Medical Center and our shared mission to provide outstanding care to seniors,” stated Greenfield Senior Living. “We continue to be successful by building strong partnerships with leading healthcare professionals who share our commitment.”
