Greenberg Traurig's New York Office Expands Health Care Practice With Addition of Francis Serbaroli

Greenberg Traurig's multidisciplinary Health and FDA Business Group provides strategic legal counsel to a diverse group of companies and organizations, helping them respond proactively to the rapidly changing marketplace. Greenberg Traurig combines dedicated health care experience with a broad range of capabilities in related disciplines, including reimbursement, corporate, finance, tax, antitrust, ERISA, litigation, restructuring, intellectual property and biotechnology to provide clients with a full spectrum of legal services.

Serbaroli earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. from Fordham University.

Serbaroli's prior government experience includes three years as an Assistant Attorney General of the State of New York. He writes a regular Health Law column for the New York Law Journal and teaches and lectures on health care and not-for-profit topics.
