NEW YORK, Dec. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Francis J. Serbaroli joins Greenberg Traurig from Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. He has also served as a member of the New York State Public Health Council for more than 13 years.

Serbaroli, who has nearly three decades of industry experience, will expand Greenberg Traurig's health care practice in New York State. "Health care is a critical element of our economy. Superior health care is one of our country's greatest strengths and in today's changing world, the delivery of quality legal services to the health care industry requires a great deal of experience as well as commitment. We are excited that someone of Frank's top quality, capabilities and reputation has joined our team," said Richard A. Rosenbaum, President of Greenberg Traurig.
