Greenberg Traurig Attorneys to Speak at DeviceTalks West

David J. Dykeman, Ginger Pigott, and J. Rick Taché, shareholders with global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will speak at DeviceTalks West, Dec. 12, 2016, at the Fairmont Newport Beach in California. From 4:45 – 6:15 p.m., Dykeman, patent attorney, co-chair of Greenberg Traurig’s global Life Sciences & Medical Technology Group, and co-chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property (IP) Group in Boston, will moderate the Leadership Track panel discussion, “Hot Topics: M&A, IP, Financing and Products Liability Trends Impacting MedTech Companies.” Pigott, Greenberg Traurig shareholder and vice-chair of the firm’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Health Care Litigation Group in Los Angeles, and Taché, patent attorney, Orange County co-managing shareholder, co-chair of the Global Patent Litigation Group, and chair of the Orange County IP & Technology Group, will serve as panelists.
