Granny Apple Publishing Announces New Book of Poetry, "I Sing in Silence," by Young MS Sufferer Robyn Taradash
Date:12/28/2012

Sarasota, FL (PRWEB) December 28, 2012

Granny Apple Publishing LLC announces publication of a new book, "I Sing In Silence," a collection of original poems by Robyn Taradash.

Robyn was a beautiful young girl when she began experiencing some difficulty walking at age 16. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in English from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, and taught for one semester at Northport High School in Long Island. But her disabilities exacerbated and she had to resign and come home.

The poems reflect a time in her life when the average teenager feels indestructible. But due to her limited physical abilities, Robyn felt isolated, lonely, vulnerable and understandably frightened of what the future had in store for her.

The poems are divided into themed chapters that reflect different emotions including Family, Friendship, The Seasons, Love, Loneliness, Despair, Hope, and Death. Some are excruciatingly sad, others surprisingly happy and filled with love and hope.

"This hauntingly beautiful sweet sad poetry helped me put my own life in perspective and stop complaining," commented one reader. A mother who read the poems wrote: "I shared this book with my 15-year-old daughter who had been having some deep self-worth problems. After reading Robyn's poetry, she seemed to look at her situation differently and began to change."

Robyn’s poetry takes the reader inside the mind of a young MS sufferer like very few writings before or since. Incredibly sad, Robyn’s words resonate with those who are in their teen years or with anyone who remembers their own lonely journey from youth to adulthood.

These remarkable poems will inspire those who may think they have problems or find themselves trapped by a life situation or an add
