Grand Opening of Genghis Grill-The Mongolian Stir Fry in Albuquerque, NM

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Mr. Yogesh Patel of Albuquerque, NM will conduct a grand opening ceremony for his first Genghis Grill location on Thursday, December 18th, 2008, located on 4410 The 25 Way NE, Albuquerque, NM 37402.

The Grand Opening will be highlighted by a ribbon cutting ceremony performed by the Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce. Twenty percent of food sales will be donated to The Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation. This is an independent nonprofit organization responsible for philanthropic giving to enhance the lives of special needs children and their families at Carrie Tingley Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

What is Genghis Grill-The Mongolian Stir Fry?

Genghis Grill-The Mongolian Stir Fry, is a build your own bowl, fast casual, Asian stir-fry concept. The atmosphere is colorful, lively, and a lot of fun! It's an INTERACTIVE style of exhibition cooking modeled after a centuries-old legend. According to this legend, 12th century Mongol warriors, led by the mighty warrior GENGHIS KHAN, heated their shields over open fires to grill food in the fields of battle!

Guests at Genghis Grill "build their own bowls" by choosing their own meats, spices, vegetables and sauces from "Khan's Kitchen" (a food bar featuring an array of ingredients), and then march over to a massive hot circular grill -- Genghis' Grill! There, the GRILL MASTERS (cooks) stir up the food with long wooden sticks, churning and turning the ingredients until they're cooked to perfection. Guests enjoy the scene as their food is being prepared and if they are lucky, the grill masters will perform nifty tricks to entertain the guests.
