Poster Presentations Highlight Potential Uses of Gourmetceuticals'

Functional Ingredients GLPH-1(TM) and PPL-240(TM)

BIG HORN, Wyo., March 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Gourmetceuticals, LLC, a company that markets organically derived and scientifically validated ingredients for use in foods and beverages, today announced that multiple studies of Gourmetceuticals' ingredients, GLPH-1, an immune booster, and PPL-240, an antioxidant, will be presented at the Experimental Biology 2008 conference in San Diego, April 5-9, 2008 in the exhibit hall of the San Diego Convention Center. Data will be presented from clinical studies intended to highlight the clinical benefits of GLPH-1 and PPL-240 for use in functional foods and beverages.
