Gold Standard/Elsevier Launches MedCounselor Consumer Drug Information Modules

TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Gold Standard/Elsevier, publisher of medication management solutions, announced today the launch of three MedCounselor consumer drug information modules for pharmacies and health information Web sites. MedCounselor educates consumers on how to take medications safely, assists in identifying unknown tablets or capsules and checks for drug interactions. The modules are indispensable in helping to increase consumer compliance to their drug regimens and avoid costly and sometimes deadly medication errors.

Developed from Gold Standard/Elsevier's award-winning drug information and medication management content for health professionals, MedCounselor provides evidence-based, easily understandable consumer medication information.
