WOODALE, Ill., Oct. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Last Sunday October 19th, 2008 at 8:30am, a small yet energetic group ran or walked at the Goality 5K benefiting the Children's Advocacy Center (http://www.cachelps.org). The weather was perfect with a bright sun and no clouds. Almost half of the 20 participants never have participated in a 5K race or walk. "It was great to see these people especially try something they never have thought of trying in the past," said Eric Su, owner of Goality and the organizer of the 5K race.

"We loved the non competitive aspect of this event," said Debbie Cryer of Hoffman Estates. "It was my first 5K and if I could do it, anyone can!"
The event provided the opportunity for friends to get together and to be active which was important. It also gave people the opportunity to donate to a great cause. The final count for donations was $322. All in all, the event was a success and everyone that attended had a great time.
Goality organizes 2 races each year. The next race is being planned for
now. The final details should be finalized by January 2009 if not sooner.
