Go Healthy Enters Letter of Intent to Acquire Premium Water Source
Date:6/4/2009

SPRING, Texas, June 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Go Healthy, Inc. (Pink Sheets: GOHE) announced today that the company has entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire property which is the site of a source of high pH water from a premier aquifer. Existing flow is sufficient to supply approximately two billion liters annually of this healthy water.

The water has been tested and meets all state requirements, as well as having significant natural anti oxidants.

Charlie Caudle, CEO of Go Healthy, states, "There is a growing recognition of the claims that the acidic level of our bodies is causing a broad range of health issues. pH measures whether the body is either acidic or alkaline from a neutral pH. This water has a higher pH which will help balance the normal acidic pH levels and enhance the cell hydration that is vital to good health.

The importance of water and proper blood pH levels to the general health of the population are well recognized. Using higher pH water helps offset the high acid content of many beverages, such as colas and juices, and foods. This water will also be used as the base water for Cholesterade(R) in bottled form.

We are excited about this opportunity and the indications are that we can at least double the potential output of the current property to over 4 billion liters annually."
