Go Healthy Announces Receipt of Letter of Interest to Fund Distribution, Production, Packaging, Concept Stores and Bottling Facilities
Date:3/25/2009

SPRING, Texas, March 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Go Healthy, Inc. (Pink Sheets: GOHE) announced today that the company has received a Letter of Interest from the Mandate Officer for the China Shenyang Company in support of the GOHE request for funding under the very favorable China Development Loan Package.

Stuart Evey, Chairman of Go Healthy and formerly the founding Chairman of ESPN, states, "We are quite pleased to see the support of our operating plans and this letter to support our request for this very favorable financing."

Charlie Caudle, CEO of Go Healthy, states, "We have been working for some time on a program to enable us to build our own concept stores, distribution, packing, packaging and bottling facilities. Over the last week the Mandate Officer has joined us in travels around Texas to meet with top government officials and develop support for our plans, initially centered around development of a major distributorship for the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area. The strong support evidenced by officials in these meetings and the interest shown by local interested potential investor groups was quite encouraging, both to us and the Mandate Officer."

"This financing is particularly attractive due to its long term, very low fixed interest rate and payment schedules. As a consequence, this will position us to lower our production and distribution costs significantly while creating a significant number of jobs, initially in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We are now starting to investigate site locations as well as to engage the appropriate top design talent to make the facilities an extension of our branding process."

"The Dynamic Bond Placement program we announced in December is being restructured by Dynamic. We believe the change will attract more investors in the bonds and will benefit the Company in the long term. We are addressing these issues and expect to issue an updated release on the Bond Placement in the near future. Funds from the Bond Placement are targeted toward increasing the Company's operating capacity, while funds from the China Development Loan Package are directed to physical plants for production and distribution."
