Date:12/19/2012

Glendale, CA (PRWEB) December 19, 2012

The Glendale Galleria is buzzing with excitement as 9021Pho by Chef Kimmy Tang opened its fourth location for all shoppers to enjoy during the bustling holiday season. Offering a fresh, new dining experience with savory, healthy cuisine in a retro-modern environment, 9021Pho allows Glendale Galleria shoppers to relax for a quick lunch or a leisurely dinner after fighting the busy holiday crowds.

Executive Chef Kimmy Tang is enthusiastic about her fourth restaurant opening and the benefits that will be offered, “I’m very excited to bring my healthy cuisine to the entire Glendale community.”

Fully equipped with an exhibition kitchen for customers to see their food prepared with fresh herbs taken directly from the 9021Pho Vegetation Wall in the restaurant, 9021Pho is offering a unique eating experience that provides a healthier and tastier option for famished shoppers. Adorned with pastel-colored walls, mosaic floors, and fascinating fixtures, this new 9021Pho Restaurant is a great addition to the Glendale Galleria and a remarkable addition to their new grand entrance.

"As the world we live in changes, we are evolving with our customers by being more environmentally conscious in our practices and providing healthy food options in our shopping center," says Larry Martin, General Manager of the Glendale Galleria. "We are delighted to be working with Chef Kimmy Tang of 9021Pho and this opportunity to further meet the needs of Glendale Galleria's clientele."

The 9021Pho restaurant opened to the public on Thursday, December 13 with a resounding success. The restaurant will soon offer a splendid outdoor patio adorned with a stylish, classic look and music to match the relaxing, peaceful atmosphere. The patio is set to be finished in March 2013, just in time for the warm spring and summer months.
