Alert follows ConAgra Foods Recall on Pot Pies containing Poultry and Beef
LANDOVER, Md., Oct. 12 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Giant Food, following a product recall by ConAgra Foods, announced it has removed from its shelves all ConAgra 7 oz. Banquet Pot Pies containing beef and poultry because of possible Salmonella contamination. ConAgra announced the recall yesterday.
The products manufactured by ConAgra and carried by Giant Food and subject to the recall are as follows:

Customers who purchased these products from Giant Food and still may have them should discard the product and return the packaging to any Giant Food for a full refund.
Consumption of food contaminated with salmonella, may cause serious and sometimes deadly infections in young children, the elderly and people with weakened immune systems.
