Genoptix Announces Participation at the Bank of America 2008 Healthcare Conference

CARLSBAD, Calif., April 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Genoptix, Inc. (Nasdaq: GXDX), a specialized laboratory services provider, today announced the company's participation in the Bank of America 2008 Healthcare Conference scheduled to take place at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas, Nev., May 13 - 15, 2008.

Dr. Tina Nova Bennett, President and CEO of Genoptix, and Sam Riccitelli, COO, will present at the conference on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 beginning at approximately 9:20am PDT. They will provide an overview of the company's specialized diagnostic laboratory service offerings, growth strategies and operational performance.

The presentation is expected to last approximately 40 minutes, followed by a short question and answer session, all of which will be webcast live on the Internet and accessible through the investor relations section of the Genoptix website at http://www.genoptix.com. Listeners should go to this site at least 15 minutes prior to the event to register, download and install any necessary software. A replay will also be available for 30 days following the initial presentation web cast.
