Genoptix Announces 2008 Annual Stockholders Meeting and Date of Record

CARLSBAD, Calif., April 2, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Genoptix, Inc. (Nasdaq: GXDX) today announced that the company's 2008 annual meeting of stockholders is scheduled to be held at 9:00am PT on June 17, 2008 at the company's headquarters in Carlsbad, CA.

The Genoptix board of directors has approved the close of business on April 25, 2008 as the record date for the determination of the stockholders who are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the annual meeting.
