Genesys PHO Outsources Data Center to Online Tech
Date:4/15/2010

he day of the move.

When the time came, the systems were turned down on a Friday at 5 p.m. The servers in the racks were unplugged and moved to the Online Tech data center intact and connected to the pre-wired network. The entire system came back online without a hitch by Sunday morning – leaving a healthy margin of time before the doctors needed to use the system Monday morning

“The credit to this successful move goes to the careful planning and coordination between our IT team and Online Tech,” said Garson. “The move was very successful and we’re pleased that we have chosen Online Tech to be our long term data center partner.”
