areas by accessing the wealth of resources available through the Society.

Gateway to Knowledge

WOCN Society meetings connect nurses to the movers and shakers in the field. Through a multitude of networking opportunities, attendees are in touch with industry leaders and can extend their professional contacts while engaging in informal learning.

Gateway to Knowledge will offer participants, regardless of their level of practice, a range of pre-conference events, general sessions, networking opportunities and professional practice workshops that are the best in the industry in order to continue to anticipate and confront these changes and prepare the next generation of WOCN professionals to operate effectively in a dramatically different health care system.

About the WOCN Society

Founded in 1968, the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society is a professional, international nursing society of more than 4,500 health care professionals who are experts in the care of patients with wounds, ostomies and incontinence. The Society supports its members by promoting educational, clinical and research opportunities to advance the practice and guide the delivery of expert health care to individuals with wounds, ostomies and incontinence.

For more information about the conference, go to www.wocn.org.
