Most recently, Mr. Baker was the Executive Vice President, Strategy/CFO for Progressus Therapy, LLC, a national professional services firm. He led significant improvements in finance, information technology, and operations functions and strategy, resulting in 20 percent organic growth, as well as directed merger and acquisition activities.

With over 30 years of experience, his extensive financial background includes serving as the CFO for ConnectYourCare, LLC, a national health insurance technology firm; Chesapeake Tax & Accounting, LLC, as a principal; and United Health Group, where he served as CFO for the southeast region. All of these roles resulted in significant growth and improvement in performance for these firms.

Mr. Baker has been involved in numerous professional and community efforts, including Past Executive Committee Member of the Maryland Association of CPAs; Past President of the Institute of Management Accountants, Baltimore Chapter; and the Board of Directors of Central Maryland's Chapter of the American Red Cross.

He is masters' prepared by the Columbia University Graduate School of Business' Executive Program, and earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Loyola College, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Mr. Baker is also both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
