Garden of Life President Brian Ray said the company intends to donate a percentage of sales from its recently launched Oceans 3 Healthy Hormones(TM) dietary supplement (www.Oceans3.com) that features numerous benefits ranging from cardiovascular health to reduced hot flashes, restful sleep, menopausal support, reduced carb cravings and skin health protection. The ultra pure, high potency fish oil formula includes a powerhouse trio of the clinically studied botanicals Ashwagandha, Amla berry and Lifenol(R) wild hops to enhance the positive effects on the hormonal and emotional health of women of all ages.

"We are privileged to work with WomenHeart to help provide education, support and hope to millions of women at risk or suffering from heart disease," said Ray. "When we considered organizations we'd like to partner with on our mission to empower extraordinary health, we were excited to discover that WomenHeart is committed to spreading the word that heart disease is the number one killer of women."

Healthy Hormones(TM) has the distinction of being the only supplement endorsed by WomenHeart, which counts Cheerios, Colgate, P&G, Sara Lee, St. Jude Medical Foundation, and the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute among its sponsors. With a suggested retail price of $44.95 for a 30 day supply, Healthy Hormones(TM) can be purchased at national chains such as The Vitamin Shoppe and at independent health food store retailers.

Founded in 1999, WomenHeart is a national patient advocacy organization that focuses exclusively on women's heart disease. It is the only organization with a national network of patient support groups across the country and a dynamic online support community that provides peer-to-peer support. In addition, WomenHeart advocated for the HEART for Women Act, resulting in it passing the House of Representatives in September 2008.
