Garden Media Group Adds Three New Clients
Date:12/19/2012

Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) December 19, 2012

Garden Media Group, named one of the Top 25 PR firms by the Philadelphia Business Journal, continues to grow. Specializing in the lawn and garden industry, the public relations firm recently added three new clients to its roster: Longfield Gardens, Perky Pet, and Sustainable Seed Company.

Susan McCoy, president of Garden Media, comments, “Attracting new business in these economic times is a great sign that our industry is picking up and people are appreciating the value of gardening and its importance to our health and well-being.”

The three new clients span the green industry:

Longfield Gardens™—Innovating the online sale of bulbs, Longfield Gardens provides beautiful, premium flower bulbs for affordable prices. Garden Media plans to use the power of content marketing to position Longfield as the source for inspiration for selecting, growing and using flower bulbs.

“We wanted an inventive public relations firm that understands both our market and social media. Garden Media’s track record demonstrates they are constantly moving forward, staying ahead of media and garden trends,” adds co-owner, Hans Langeveld.

Perky-Pet®—Perky-Pet® is the leader in the wild bird feeding industry. A division of Woodstream Corporation, they offer high quality, functional and innovative seed and hummingbird feeders for every lifestyle and interest level. Garden Media plans to grow demand for feeding birds in general while positioning Perky Pet as a source for feeding and attracting birds.

“We are delighted that Garden Media is joining our flock. As the experts in their field, they understand what we do as a company and have the ability to help increase our brand awareness among consumers,” notes Judy Hoysak, Perky-Pet’s Category Development Manager.

Sustainable Seed Company—Sustainable Seed Company carries more than 1,000 varieties of herb, flower, grain and heirloom vegetable seeds. A family owned business, Sustainable Seed Company is sustainable in every way. They support local farmers, sell truly organic seeds and sell only seeds exclusively grown in the United States. Additionally, they are the only seed company powered 100% by green energy.

Farmer John Fendley, the founder of the Sustainable Seed Company, says they selected Garden Media to help tell their story. “We walk the talk and are sustainable through and through. We need Garden Media to help distinguish us from our competition and make more people aware of our highest quality organic and heirloom seeds.”

Garden Media Group specializes in the home, garden, horticulture, outdoor living, lawn and landscape industries, and offers innovative PR campaigns designed to secure top media placements and partnerships with both traditional and social media.
