GSW Worldwide Named Agency of Record for BioBehavioral Diagnostics Company's MMAT/ADHD(TM) System
Date:11/2/2007

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- GSW Worldwide, an inVentiv Health company (Nasdaq: VTIV) and one of the largest healthcare advertising agencies in the world, has been named agency of record by BioBehavioral Diagnostics Company (BioBDx) for their McLean Motion and Attention Test (MMAT/ADHD(TM) System), a non-invasive, diagnostic system that provides evidence-based measures of the core symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

GSW Worldwide will provide a broad range of strategic marketing and promotional services for the product including the development of a new campaign, and physician programming. The account will be based in GSW Worldwide's Newtown office. The details of the contract were not disclosed.

"We are thrilled to be working with BioBDx on such an important ADHD testing system," said Mark Frank, president of GSW Worldwide's Newtown operations. "ADHD affects so many people, both patients and caregivers alike. We are confident that GSW Worldwide will help the MMAT/ADHD(TM) System team connect with all of their customers in a positive way and take this product to the next level."

The MMAT/ADHD(TM) test objectively and quantitatively measures the three core symptoms of ADHD (inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity), gauging a patient's ability to sit still and pay attention to a defined task, under controlled conditions that replicate a classroom or workplace environment. Research data shows that the information generated by the MMAT/ADHD(TM) System correlates to brain function as determined by functional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

"We are very excited to work with GSW Worldwide," said Stephen E. Butts, vice president, marketing and sales at BioBehavio
