GSW Telnet Server for Windows Partners with MobileDemand

Georgia SoftWorks has long developed relationships with mobile device manufacturers for the verification, qualification and promotion of their devices with the GSW Telnet Server for Windows, SSH Server for Windows and Clients. Georgia SoftWorks is currently working with MobileDemand of Hiawatha, IA who provides rugged Tablet PC systems to industries such as Agriculture, Field Service, Food and Beverage Distribution, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Public Sector, Retail, Transportation and Logistics.

Georgia SoftWorks will be certifying GSW Telnet and SSH2 clients on the MobileDemand T7000. Certification will also include the FIPS 140-2 certified GSW Client software. GSW has the only SSH Client software for Windows Mobile and Windows CE that is certified FIPS 140-2.

"The GSW Telnet/SSH Client will be especially useful on the MobileDemand T7000 since the GSW client supports touch screen input inside the telnet/SSH session," said Doug Hitchcock of Georgia SoftWorks. " This functionality is a GSW innovation that opens up a whole new usefulness for mobile devices where frequently the user is restricted to touch screen and scanner input."
