Announces Key Additions to Strengthen Senior Management Team

Los Angeles (PRWEB) March 30, 2010 -- GOOD, the integrated media company for people who want to live well and do good, today announced three new additions to its advisory board. New members include: Chad Hurley (Co-Founder and CEO of YouTube), Jill Beraud (Chief Marketing Officer of Pepsi Americas Beverages & President, Joint Ventures) and Charles Best (Founder and CEO of Donors Choose).

“We are excited to have Chad, Jill and Charles join GOOD in a meaningful way. They are excellent additions to our board of advisors, sharing years of knowledge from the nonprofit, media and technology worlds,” said Craig Shapiro, President of GOOD. “Their unique insights and diverse experience will enable us to position ourselves for continued success and achieve our company mission, which is to celebrate and enable individuals, businesses and nonprofits pushing the world forward.”

“GOOD has created an exciting platform for people to engage with the world around them and align interests," said Mr. Hurley. “I look forward to transferring my experiences as an entrepreneur -- helping them to aggregate the audience, further foster the community and scale the product.”

“I'm excited to join my esteemed colleagues in advising GOOD’s leadership team,” said Mrs. Beraud. “What they have built to date is quite impressive and I believe they have only scratched the surface. I plan to call on my experience to explore exciting possibilities that can benefit the entire GOOD community.”

“I am honored to join such a passionate group of people with core values similar to my own,” said Mr. Best. “GOOD has made an impact in a very short period of time and built a brand that truly stands for something. I'm looking forward to helping them grow the business.”

In addition to expanding its advisory board, GOOD recently formed a strategic partnership with GoodSearch whereby the two entities will combine their traffic under the GOOD umbrella – generating over four million unique visitors monthly and catapulting the platform into the largest destination for young thought leaders pushing the world forward.
