Frumpy and Frustrated Moms Can Now Get Free Help Losing Weight
Date:6/22/2012

Seattle, WA (PRWEB) June 22, 2012

Fit Healthy Moms is a weight-loss company under the direction of Personal Trainer Sara Dean. The company was developed to promote a healthy lifestyle, and leaner bodies, for busy moms. Women with children are invited to check out Sara Dean’s free tips for losing ten pounds. The tips are displayed on Fit Healthy Moms’ website, click here, offering informative advice on grains, salt and a link to volume eating for female fat loss. No email or marketing information is required to access Dean’s free tips.

Since May 30th, ESPN, Shape Magazine, New York Daily News and Mother Nature Network all featured lead stories focusing on the challenges of female weight-loss, particularly weight loss issues with moms. Hollywood hasn’t made the trials of losing weight, especially after pregnancy, any easier for women. Recent headlines about Beyoncé’s sixty pound weight loss should be encouraging, but Sara Dean’s clients would say otherwise.

“My clients want to lose the weight and they want to do so in the safest, healthiest way possible,” says Sara Dean. “Beyonce’s weight loss should be inspiring but I have seen it have the opposite effect on women too. I have had clients cry over weight loss. It is an extremely personal issue. Hearing about another mom’s weight loss, even seeing it, can either be a source of motivation or a source of frustration. I don’t want women to compare their bodies to Beyonce and give up before attempting to get into shape. I’m hopeful the free ten tips will act as a starting point for women who want to lose excess weight and look their best!”

Sara Dean’s mom-friendly free tips to losing weight are available on her website,
