Helping Florida's one million diabetics happens one person at a time. You could be that person. The Every Diabetic Counts Medicare Project is looking for committed volunteers to become Community Health Workers and conduct a diabetes education program.
Call 1-800-564-7490, extension 3510 no later than September 26th. Reserve your place in this free, two and a half-day workshop. Volunteers need not be professionals. That's 1-800-564-7490, extension 3510.
