Frances Decker Named Mid-Atlantic Region Sales Executive for AllOne Health Management Solutions

PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Frances Decker has been named mid-Atlantic region sales executive for AllOne Health Management Solutions, a unique company that helps businesses empower their employees to take greater control over their health in an effort to lower costs for workers and employers alike.

Her appointment was announced by AllOne CEO Nicholas Hanchak, M.D. Decker joins the team being headed by Angelo J. Devita, Vice President of Sales, in AllOne's new offices in Radnor Financial Center.

"We're offering proactive, predictive programs and personalized guidance to help healthy people stay healthy, help at-risk individuals change their behavior before they run into serious problems, and help people who are already ill better follow their physicians' treatment plans."

Ms. Decker, a graduate of Denison University, has a wide range of experience in sales and sales management. She previously served in account management positions with CoreSource, U.S. Healthcare, Independence Blue Cross, Aetna and Prudential. She also served as a benefits consultant for Integrated Benefits Services.

Ms. Decker said AllOne's approach to population health management is both simple and unique. The process begins by examining each individual's health future using a predictive modeling program that integrates information from the person's health history, claims data, and medical information.
