PITTSBURGH, Oct. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Four Rivers Software Systems, Inc., the leading computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) provider for the healthcare industry, combines departments under Samantha Rouse, Senior Vice President of Product and Services.

In her most recent position as Vice President of Services and Product Planning, Samantha directed the implementation and services division. Now, as Senior Vice President of Product and Services, she will streamline the Product Development, Quality Assurance, Support and Professional Services organizations. This strategic move will add focus to Four Rivers' best-of- breed products and outstanding services.

Samantha joined Four Rivers in 1996 as a member of the sales team and shortly thereafter joined the Services department as the Services Coordinator. Since 1998, Samantha has been part of the Four Rivers management team with responsibility for services and product planning. In 2004, Samantha was promoted to Vice President of Services and Product Planning. Prior to joining Four Rivers, Samantha worked for ISS (International Service Systems) as a technical support person responsible for product management of an internal computerized housekeeping system.
