As president and CEO of Prematics, Mr. Hutchinson will serve on the company's board of directors, which is chaired by James Bradley, the founding CEO of RxHub and one of the nation's most experienced healthcare executives. Mr. Hutchinson currently serves as a member of the American Health Information Community (AHIC) in addition to a number of leading industry organizations. He was appointed by Secretary Leavitt to serve as one of 16 commissioners of a federal advisory body, chartered in 2005 to make recommendations to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on how to accelerate the interoperability and adoption of health information technology.
