Foundation Radiology Group and Cherry Tree Medical Associates Sign Multi-Year Contract for Diagnostic Services

PITTSBURGH, June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Pittsburgh-based Foundation Radiology Group (FRG) and Cherry Tree Medical Associates, Inc. have signed a five-year contract which will make FRG the exclusive provider of diagnostic imaging services for Cherry Tree, effective immediately.

Kishor E. Joshi, M.D., president of Cherry Tree Medical Associates said, "We are excited to partner with Foundation Radiology Group. We expect this partnership will enhance the diagnostic quality and improve the efficiency and timely delivery of services to our patients, and to our referring physicians in Fayette County."

Cherry Tree Medical Associates is located in Uniontown, PA. They offer a wide range of advanced diagnostic testing procedures including complete imaging and laboratory services at one convenient location.

FRG's board certified radiologists are available 24/7/365 to provide readings in muscularskeletal radiology, neuroradiology, mammography, cardiac CT, interventional radiology, pediatric radiology, brain perfusion, vascular ultrasound, OB/GYN ultrasound and general radiology. With this broad range of capabilities, FRG is ideally positioned to provide subspecialty radiological services to smaller hospitals and outpatient centers that can't afford to keep subspecialists on staff.
