Foundation Radiology Group and Brownsville Tri-County Hospital Sign Long-Term Contract for Diagnostic Imaging Services

PITTSBURGH, Feb. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Foundation Radiology Group (FRG) and the Brownsville Tri-County Hospital have signed a multi-year contract through which FRG will become Brownsville's exclusive provider of diagnostic imaging services.

"The Foundation Radiology Team has been absolutely incredible to work with," stated Richard W. Hritz, CEO of the Brownsville Tri-County Hospital. Their knowledge and expertise of information technologies, radiology workflow along with their clinical expertise will ensure that Brownsville Tri-County Hospital can provide its patients world class service and diagnosis for the Brownsville Tri-County community."

Dr. Chan is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and he is a member of the American Board of Radiology.

Dr. Chan explained that his group provides radiology services to hospitals by using state-of-the-art technology, including the group's own Picture Archive Communications System (PACS) and a carrier-grade telecommunications network based from FRG's Pittsburgh reading center.
