Fortune 500 Company Extends Contract with Wireless Analytics, LLC

Wireless Mobility Management pioneer Wireless Analytics today announced a two-year extension of their agreement to provide full lifecycle mobility management services for the North American division of a Fortune 500 company in the life sciences industry. At the end of the contract Wireless Analytics will have been working for over a decade with the client, whose representatives have requested the company name not be released.

The managed services contract extension also maintains Wireless Analytics’ record of 100% client retention throughout the company’s 10 year history.

“We’re looking forward to the continued relationship with this client,” said Erik Eames, CEO of Wireless Analytics. “It is a true testament to the value that we deliver every day that none of our clients have declined the opportunity to renew their contract with us.”

The life sciences company is using Wireless Analytics’ CLEAN Platform™ (Carrier Lifecycle Expense Analytics) to increase visibility into wireless usage and spending across the entire enterprise. Included in the CLEAN Platform™ are monthly reports of wireless voice and data usage, which have helped managers and wireless users to monitor their wireless spend and eliminate unneeded features from their plans. To further maximize savings, the company is also leveraging Wireless Analytics’ Monthly Rate Plan Optimizations, a proactive adjustment of users’ plans and features.

During the past 8 years, Wireless Analytics has made continuous process and technology improvements to deliver on its value proposition. For instance, the online procurement portal within the CLEAN Platform™ streamlines device orders and ensures procurement approval processes are followed.
