Former USAA President and retired Air Force General, Bill Cooney and contact-center pioneer Tim Montgomery have combined their expertise in the customer service industry to open Cooney Solutions Group LLC, a new kind of business process outsourcer dedicated to delivering world-class service solutions at every single contact .
