Former Smoker Celebrates One Year Anniversary of Being a Non-Smoker 60 Pounds Lighter

Joe Balog is celebrating his one Year Anniversary as a Non-Smoker 60 Pounds Lighter. What Joe did is an amazing accomplishment! It can be difficult enough to quit smoking or lose 60 pounds but to do both within one year is truly inspiring. With Dan Vitchoff and PA Hypnosis Center's help, Joe was able to turn his life around and improve his quality of life; he has more energy and his family is thrilled with his success.

Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) November 20, 2008 -- The American Cancer Society's Great American Smoke Out has a special meaning for Joe Balog this year. Joe, who lives in West Virginia is celebrating his one year anniversary of being a non-smoker and he is also 60 pounds lighter. Joe Balog began working with Dan Vitchoff, Board Certified Hypnotherapist and President of PA Hypnosis Center in Pittsburgh, PA in November of 2007 with a goal to quit smoking.

He had been smoking for over 17 years and had tried just about everything else to quit smoking and nothing worked. He even tried a group hypnosis session and wasn't able to quit. Joe's mom, Bernice was looking around on the Internet and found PA Hypnosis Center's website, www.pahypnosiscenter.com and decided to call and find out more information. When she called, she was pleased to find out that she and Joe could come in for a Free Consultation and Evaluation to learn more about how they could reach their goals with hypnosis.
