Mr. Henry, a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Marines, served on the staff of two Secretaries of Defense and served on the staff of the U.S. Senate Committee on Armed Services. He is a former Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs.
Dr. Timboe, a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy is a family physician and combat medical leader. He retired from the Army in 2002 concluding a distinguished career, culminating as commander of Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He also served as Assistant Deputy for Health Policy to the Secretary of the Army. He recently retired from the University of Texas Medical School in San Antonio as a Clinical Professor and Associate Vice President.
