Former Kingfisher Regional Hospital Property and Equipment to Sell at Absolute Public Auction
Date:12/4/2009

KINGFISHER, Okla., Dec. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- United Country Lippard Auctioneers, Inc., (www.lippardauctions.com) announces the public auction of the former Kingfisher Regional Hospital, according to Troy Lippard, auctioneer.

"Kingfisher Regional Hospital recently built a new facility on the South end of town," explained Lippard. "Therefore we will be offering the old building at absolute public auction which means it sells to the highest bidder with no minimums and no reserves."

Located at 500 South 9th Street in Kingfisher, Okla., the property has over 33,000 square feet with parking in front and back of the building.

"This property has tremendous development potential as a nursing home, rehab facility, community center or professional offices," said Lippard. "The doctor's office building has a current lease in effect which will transfer to the new owner and provides a monthly income of $1,100."

Also up for auction to the highest bidders are four single-family homes which would make potential investment or rental properties, along with a vacant lot which has been used for parking. Highlighting the hospital equipment up for auction are a therapeutic whirlpool tub, Castle surgical lights, a 1996 GE Advantx x-ray machine, surgical table, and surgical scrub sinks as well as numerous pieces of medical equipment, commercial kitchen equipment and office equipment.

Properties may be inspected during previews scheduled for December 10, 11, 14 and 15 from 10am to 5pm. To arrange a private inspection of the property, call Claude Bollenbach at (405) 368-5344.

The auction will be held off-site at Kingfisher Middle School Auditorium, 600 South 9th Street, on Wednesday, December 16, 2009, at 10am. Online bidding for those who cannot attend the auction in person will be provided for real estate and select equipment vi
