two Phase III IBS-C trials by January 2009, following the initiation of the Phase III clinical program for linaclotide for the treatment of chronic constipation in September. Lastly, we reported positive Phase II trial results for cariprazine (RGH-188) in the treatment of patients with acute mania associated with bipolar I disorder.
